What is Wallet Wars?

Wallet Wars is a simple to play yet difficult to master crypto game where players join together to win rewards and compete for their share of the overall prize pool. While inspired by the gameplay of the retro classic space invaders, Wallet Wars is much more than a 2D platform shooter. In fact, it is a game of games with many layers and hidden channels for players to establish their reputation and build their portfolio in the Balthazar ecosystem by exploring, trading and uncovering hidden game mechanics.

• raW Passes are the primary asset for holders in the Balthazar ecosystem. Each raw pass comes with a unique affiliate code, giving you the ability to form a faction and generate referral fees from Spaceship NFT sales in Wallet Wars.
• Beyond Wallet Wars, raW Passes will form the basis for future seasons and games from Balthazar DAO and form a coalition to rule the galactic empire through governance voting power.

Wallet Wars Access

Spaceships NFTs

• Spaceships are players’ tickets into Wallet Wars. They are a consumable in-game asset for playing and entering competition prizes. Spaceship NFTs can be purchased through minting and forging, and have unique sets of abilities that determine how they play in game and their strategic chances of winning.
• To mint a ship, you must use a raW Pass affiliate code, which is stamped into its metadata and become part of that raW Pass’s faction. The pass owner will earn a reward for each Ship that is stamped wit their code.
• Spaceships are an ERC-721 token on the zkSync layer 2 blockchain. Activity on this chain may be rewarded by the upcoming zKSync airdrop.
• Each Spaceship NFT minted generates random values for each of the following traits which affect how it plays across the multiple layers of games within Wallet Wars.
  • Generation is the lineage of a Ship. Newly minted ships are generation 1, and newly forged ships take the highest generation of the two ships used in the forging process, and add +1.
  • Fuel Capacity is the number of times that a ship can play in a given 24 hours period before it must cooldown.
  • Lives is the number of times that a ship can be hit in the game before its game over.
  • Damage is the amount of health that each bullet hit reduces from an enemy invader.
  • Rate of Fire is the number of bullets that a ship can fire on the screen at any given moment.
  • Bullet Speed is the velocity at which a bullet moves towards the incoming invaders.
  • Critical Hit Chance is the % probability that a bullet it does critical damage to an invader
  • Critical Damage is the amount of additional health damage done if the bullet is a critical hit
  • Movement Speed is the velocity that the ship can move across the screen
  • Secret Traits 1, 2, 3, and 4 dictate hidden win mechanics for players to uncover in wallet wars and are designed to greatly minimise the impact of botting on the game.
